Public Records Requests / FOIA
Laramie County Community College (麻豆区) will consider all public records requests
pursuant to the State of Wyoming Public Records Act. All agencies, individuals, and
companies must submit their requests via this form. 麻豆区 will review all requests
and determine whether the college can complete them in accordance with Wyoming law
and 麻豆区 policy.
麻豆区 does not provide student or employee directory information and may deny a request
that is contrary to Wyo. Stat. Ann. 搂搂 16-4-203(b) and (d)(v),(viii) and (g).
麻豆区 may assess a fee for public records requests, using the following rate schedule:
- $25.00/hr for clerical staff time
- $50.00/hr for information technology staff time
- $60.00/hr for professional staff time
- Actual cost of programming and computer services
